These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tile-Igos Renovation & Construction ("Tile-Igos") website (the "Site") and the request of our services through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Tile-Igos provides fascia board replacement, fascia repair, and related exterior services in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley, British Columbia. Information on the Site is provided for general purposes and does not constitute a binding offer.

2. Estimates & Quotes

Price ranges shown on the Site, including results of the online price estimator, are approximate and non-binding. A binding price is provided only in a written quote issued after an on-site inspection, and a project becomes binding only after a written agreement is signed by both parties. Written estimates may change if hidden conditions are discovered during work — including, but not limited to, moisture damage, rot beyond visible areas, structural issues, or code violations.

3. Scope of Work & Change Orders

The scope of work is limited to what is described in the signed agreement or written quote. Any additional work outside the original scope is treated as a change order and may result in additional cost and timeline adjustments. Tile-Igos is not responsible for pre-existing conditions that were not visible or accessible before work commenced.

4. Scheduling, Site Access & Client Responsibilities

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, permit approvals, inspection scheduling, and client-requested changes. Tile-Igos is not liable for delays caused by third parties or unforeseen conditions. The client agrees to provide safe and reasonable access to the work areas, ensure utilities (water, electricity) are available if required, and remove or protect personal belongings near work areas unless otherwise agreed.

5. Permits & Code Compliance

Where required and agreed upon, work is performed in accordance with the British Columbia Building Code and applicable local regulations. Permit requirements vary by municipality and scope of work; unless otherwise stated in writing, permit fees and application responsibilities may not be included in the estimate.

6. Payment

Payment terms, deposits, and schedules are set out in your written quote or service agreement. Deposits may be required before work begins. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of work or additional fees as permitted by law.

7. Warranty

Our workmanship warranty terms are stated in your written quote or service agreement. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or neglect, alterations or work by third parties, structural movement, events beyond our control, or materials supplied by the client unless otherwise agreed. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the respective manufacturers.

8. Insurance & Limitation of Liability

Tile-Igos is fully insured and registered with WorkSafeBC. Our liability is limited to the scope of work defined in the signed agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tile-Igos is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of British Columbia.

9. Intellectual Property & Website Content

All content on the Site — text, images, graphics, and logos — is owned by or licensed to Tile-Igos and may not be reproduced without written permission. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or current availability of services or materials; content may be updated at any time without notice.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g., review platforms, social media). We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
